15.0 Returns.
15.1. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item. You may return a product as follows: request the return through our website and send the item to the address we will provide. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The products must be in perfect condition and with its corresponding packaging.
You must comply with the following requirements:
1- Return the artwork in perfect condition, with its packaging and without any damage or modifications.
2- Make sure to use a rigid envelope or shipping box, with sufficient protection so that it arrives intact.
3- Be responsible for the cost of transportation for the return.
If you meet these three requirements, you will be refunded the cost of the work, without transportation costs, within 7 days of receipt, to the same method of payment used.
16.0 Export of works outside the United States.
If a purchase is made from outside the United States, the customs authorities of your country may request the payment of applicable taxes or VAT in accordance with the law, which users will be solely responsible for.
17. Undelivered shipments, cancellations and returns
If an order cannot be delivered due to the recipient's absence and is made available for collection at the relevant transport office, it is the user’s responsibility to collect it within the time limit set by the courier company. If, after 15 calendar days, the order has not been collected and is returned to Jaco Moretti LLC, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs again for the order to be re-shipped.
In these cases, the amount of the order will not be refunded, as the cause of the non-delivery is considered to be the responsibility of the customer.
However, if the non-delivery is due to an error attributable to the courier company and the customer chooses to cancel the order, the cancellation may be made once the order has been received at our premises in perfect condition. In this case, the amount of the order will be refunded, after deduction of shipping and preparation costs.
In all cases, the customer may request a refund of the order amount if they return the work at their own expense within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, provided that the work is received in perfect condition and without any signs of use or damage. Once its condition has been verified, the corresponding refund will be made in accordance with the conditions described here.
